The Netherlands Delegation of the Prix ArsNova de Cuisine d’Auteur is responsible for the processing of your personal data. The evening Five Stars by the Lake is organised by VinVin B.V., Rotterdam.

What we collect

Through the reservation form we collect your name, the name of your first guest, your email address, your telephone number, your organisation, who invited you, any dietary requirements or allergies, the number of places or the amount you wish to contribute, and the time at which you gave your consent.

Your telephone number is required when you reserve places and optional when you only contribute. Organisation, invited by and dietary requirements are optional.

How we use your details

We use your details solely to organise this evening: to process your reservation or contribution, your payment and your tickets, and to contact you about the evening.

We process these details on the basis of your consent and in order to carry out your reservation.

Who we share your details with

We share your details only where the evening requires it.

We use the event platform of VinVin B.V. to process reservations, payments and tickets. Payments are handled by Mollie B.V., our payment provider. We share your dietary requirements or allergies only with the venue, The Boathouse Kralingen.

We do not sell your details or use them for any other purpose.

How long we keep your details

We keep your details until shortly after the evening. Details that Dutch law requires us to keep for invoicing purposes are retained for seven years.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies.

When you start a reservation or contribution, we set one functional cookie (arsnova_reg). It holds a reference to your registration for no more than two hours, so that the payment status page can show your result. It is not used for anything else.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your details and to object to their use. Where you have given your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

If you have a complaint about the way we handle your details, you may lodge it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
